Just over a year after graduating from Purdue University in 2001, Mitch Maxson co-founded one of Indianapolis’ first dedicated interactive communications firms (Transgres). After two years of sustained growth, Mitch brought his boundless supply of creative energy and innovative thought to a partnership role in MediaSauce in 2004. Since then, MediaSauce has evolved as a national leader in Internet strategy, web development, and interactive solutions.

Today, Mitch serves as Creative Director, leading the development of creative concepts and predominately online strategies for a variety of clients including the Indiana Pacers, USA Track & Field, The Nature Conservancy, Share Our Strength, American College of Sports Medicine, and Samaritan’s Feet.

Always seeking the next great story to tell, Mitch’s focus is on helping organizations understand how to build connections, engage audiences, and develop lasting relationships. Mitch has been a featured speaker at a variety of national and international conferences and events to share his expertise in strategically leveraging storytelling, creativity, and technology can help both non-profits and corporations do well by doing good.

Outside of work, Mitch is an avid rock climber, award-winning photographer, sometimes author (MySpace for Dummies), and father to a one-eyed seven-pound fluffy dog named Charlie.
